Let's make Whoopie....Pies that is :)

My friend Dyl (who lives in Cambridge) has come out to visit South Africa for a couple of weeks.  He has always been a really big supporter of My Favourite Cupcake....even if it has been from afar!

So, it was no surprise (well, actually it was a huge surprise), that when he arrived in South Africa, he had brought with him the UK's "biggest baking thing"....Whoopie Pies!  He couldn't bring the actual pies, so instead he brought a little starter kit....the recipie book, fluff that is filler and the baking tray...so spoiled I am!

Ready go Miss Cupcake...Whoopie Pies...it's your new challenge!
